I'm from the US and this was my first time renting a moped in Europe. It was very quick and easy, and we got the moped until 6pm to go drive through the calanques national park. I would recommend you go right when it opens to get the most value for your money, and also possibly call ahead, since it seems they reserve out their mopeds (I'm glad we were able to get one that day!).

It was great fun touring Marseille and the Calanques with the Vespa. We had a great experience with renting a Vespa at Vita Loca. The people at Vita Loca were very polite, uncomplicated and the price absolutely reasonable. The Vespa was in a good condition too. It’s important to take good care of the Vespa and drive safely, like always in life.
