People usually write reviews when they are angry. To see a positive review, the service must be exceptional - and it was! There are only 5 star ratings here (as of July 2017) and I must confirm the same. I rented a scooter. Henry (hope I remember right) was a great guy, advised to use better scooter to suit my needs (I was headed for mountains to Maginot line bunker). Scooter was in a perfect condition. The car hit me in Menton and scooter was broken. Henry stayed after opening hours to write down all the details with the driver. He even drove me to the place of accident to check if I did not forget anything in scooter (it stayed there broken). After I got back to my hotel he drove there himself to get me sign one paper I mistakenly signed in wrong section of the document. After I returned back to Czech republic I was communicating with Vincent. He released my deposit in few days, he handled communication with insurance company very quickly. 1st BMW GS ADVENTURE had faulty suspension according to system screen..they were understanding, arranged NEW GS 1200 in different location and refunded the lost day. Very nice people in Menton and Nice. I would use again.

Rented a bicycle to explore the hills above Menton, Sainte Agnes, and the Col de la Madone. The bike (a BMC road bike with Compact gearing) was checked over thoroughly at pick up - including saddle height and tyre pressure, road pedals I had ordered were fitted, a slight hitch with a brake cable was identified by staff, on the work stand check, and very quickly replaced. Very helpful, friendly staff who knew the area and the rides I was contemplating and had some good advice. Bike was great. Lots of cyclists from many nations on the road to chat with and enjoy the views over Menton and Monaco.

Really good quality of the bikes and scooters. I rented the scooter Honda PCX 125 cm3 for 6 days and visited places around the Menton (from Cannes via Nice & Monaco to San Remo in Italy) The service was excellent and very helpful (ex. informed that riding a bike (to 150cm3) on highway in Italy is forbidden, riding in gloves is obligatory etc.). I can truly reccomend Bike Trip in Menton. Hope I will come back here in the future and if yes i will definetly use their services not once. Cheers

Rented two scooters for a day trip down the Riviera from Bike Trip's sister store in Nice. The check-out experience was fine, but the real highlight of the trip was an unexpected stop at the Menton store. Later on in the day, after we had left Nice, seen Monte Carlo and headed into Menton, one of my travel buddies, who rented a bike from a rival store in Nice, started having mechanical troubles with his scooter. Bike Trip's Menton store was nearby, so we dragged the bike over, hoping that maybe we could at least be pointed in the direction of a mechanic. Instead, the owner of the store came out and spent almost an hour with us to get a bike that didn't even belong to him up and running again. As we prepared to leave, he refused any payment for his help. He saved our trip, and a 5 star review isn't enough to express how great the experience was. Merci, Bike Trip!
