Small store, but I managed to find a used Tekken 7. After waiting more than 15 minutes in line, the cashier asks me weirdly where did I get the game and that they were looking for it (Well obviously I got it in the shelves) after that he tells me that he can't sell it to me because they didn't have the disk! (If you do have the case, you must have the disk!)

Je ne comprends pas comment une personne qui a passé sa réservation de PS5 après moi (c'est moi qui lui ai dit qu'elle peut réserver chez vous) et surpriise!! elle a reçu un appel et a récupéré sa commande alors que moi je n'ai même pas été contacté. le pire c'est qu'on me réponds pas au téléphone, le moment ou la personne a été en magasin pour récupérer sa commande et a entendue le téléphone sonné. très déçu !!!

Magasin bien rangé et propre généralement. Ils mettent bien en avant les promotions du moment même si la plupart du temps elles sont affichées en retard par rapport à leur date d'effet. Les conseillers ne sont pas oppressants et viennent seulement demander si on a besoin de renseignements au bout de plusieurs minutes et n'insistent pas derrière.
