Often closed as they are on delivery. You have to leave keys at bakery nearby (no drop box at agency). Came at closing time so they stayed few minutes after normal closing hour to give me the keys, said nothing. Then when invoice came in mail charged me 45 eur extra for after hours service. And this was lunch time, so I could wait hour or two to pick up the car instead of paying 45 extra.

They are thieves, unfortunately. I rented a truck and was charged in us dollars, a common scam called \dynamic currency conversion\. I was shown a price in euros but the charged dollars, which results in an additional cost of 3% plus a terrible exchange rate. They also tried to claim they had given me the truck full of fuel but luckily the receipt they gave me at pickup contradicted them. Also when I arrived for my rental truck at 11 am the office was closed and nobody showed up until 11:45. If you are a tourist or other foreigner looking for a rental vehicle I would steer well clear of this establishment. They are looking to fleece you.
