update 01/06/19, during my last service i explicitely requested that the airco must be ok. and after a total cost 700 eur, i expected it would have been OK. however, now, with the heat, I try the airco and it doesn’t work at all. This garage is soo bad.. I lower it to 1 star... I'm considering to move brands of car, just because this garage and to inform Audi France and Audi (Germany) about this. I actually think Audi garages everywhere should have the german perfectionism, punctuality and reliability. Clearly, this is not the case. Unless they come up with a brilliant solution, I recommend definitely NEVER TO GO TO THIS GARAGE.
update 28/12/19, my car got serviced, and it costed me 700,-. a lot, but i hope it is ok.
update: 12/12/18, based on the reply and direct contact info, i'm getting a bit more happy. :) (added a star), hopefully it works out.
so far unhappy. tried to make an appointment, by mail there is nooo response at all, dead. by going there i had to wait, to be helped by an assistant tech guy (nice guy though), but without any planning knowledge, so i had to go again, they would call.. after which i was called back, voicemail, left, with the request to call back.
my french sucks, so phone is hardly an option. i would appreciate if email gets actually answered. its not that difficult..
wasted hours for nothing. annoying.
