We stayed in a disabled room (I’m a wheelchair and hoist user) and it was absolutely lovely. Extremely spacious and honestly can’t find a fault. As a hoist user one thing me and my mum appreciated is the fact that the floor wasn’t carpet to ensure easy movement! We only stayed for one night but I would have happily stayed for more.

I visited the hotel with my family in July for 3 nights. The only good thing about the hotel in its proximity to disneyland but otherwise the hotel itself is not even 3 stars. We were given a room with bad smells coming, when we went into the room the window was left open, there were bugs inside the room and when asked by the reception they said its natural and nothing can be done about it. However, nothing like this can be seen in any hotel that claims to be a 3*. On request we were changed to another room, however, the same issues were there with bugs in the room as well as in the bathroom. The mirror inside the bathroom was also cracked, noise came from the wooden floor and even the stove refused to turn off. On top of this they have an express housekeeping service where they basically come and look at the room without doing anything? No cleaning was done, the bed was left as it was and even the garbage was not removed. Nothing like this was mentioned in the fine print before I booked the hotel. After a complain I was asked to contact the manager who did not reply to any of my emails or even met me in person and none of the staff cooperated.

Potential to be a really lovely hotel however the maintenance is not very good. Hallway carpet looked really dirty and a strong smell of urine in the toilet even though it looked clean. Room also had a bad smell. The shutter in the room wasn’t working and it was quite hot but reception gave us a fan. Hob also had no control and it had to be turned off via the mains. Staff were very helpful and polite. They seemed to do a lot, I must say and room although seemed like it was clean but dust everywhere, sofa bed was torn, bed had hair on it as well as bathroom. Shower was blocked which caused flooding, we had to put towels on the floor. At breakfast I paid a guy before we were seated but he never gave me my change Close proximity to Disney which was wonderful and short drive to the shopping mall. It was an ok space which could have been wonderful. And oh breakfast was nice.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Ignore negative feedback. They have been nothing but perfect for us. Great clean large room with separate toilet and wash room, friendly staff. Super close to Disney and the huge Val d Europe shopping centre. They have a shuttle bus for Disney that takes 10 minutes and costs 3 euros per person, leaves multiple times per day and departs Disney as late as 2045. Really struggle to find fault. There's a supermarket nearby and your room has a fridge in. You have a kitchenette to make food should you wish. We stayed here as it's close to Disney and would absolutely stay here again!

Just arrived yesterday from a 2 nights stay at the Appart’City Hotel. My stay along with four of my friends would not have been worth it without Diane. She was amazing, kind, honest and truely supportive. Her hospitality was beyond my expectations. Her excellent service and most of all friendship will never be forgotten. I will be so glad to come back just to visit her. On our last morning my friends and I had breakfast and I can honestly say it was worth the 11. The bakery, the drinks/ hots drinks, the savouries were delicious. We all wished we had it the morning before. All in all, the rooms were clean and tidy and staff were kind and helpful. Hope to be back another time soon to see Diane and her lovely smile. Ashri

A very clean Hotel. Friendly, helpful, english speaking staff, and a Huge shout out to Alexander who was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Bit on the quiet side for little ones, But so tired of a night they slept almost instantly in the Very comfortable beds. Thank you so much.

We decided to leave a few days earlier than planned , due to the inconvenient location (It’s out in the suburbs , far from Paris sights , not much around nearby . ) The hotel manager tried to insist upon charging me for the full reserved booking . Appart City Montévrain is intended for families with young children visiting Disney . The area is countryside , lovely , but somewhat isolated . The rooms were large , and clean . Fridge , microwave , stove , dishwasher machine . The only part that wasn’t very clean was the carpet in the hallways, which looked as if drunk guests routinely spill food on them . The unlimited breakfast buffet was pretty good , the rest of food at hotel restaurant was alright . They have a small self serve laundry in basement , most staff were friendly but the manager is too strict . If you’re not out of your room at the right time , housekeeping won’t return . The toilet room is not sound proof at all , everybody can hear embarrassing sounds .
