Good: excellent service: helpful, knowledgeable, no nonsense and always with a smile (except from this one guy...). Bad: guy who attended to us first had very good humor but no patience at all to find the right equipment for us. We had to ask repeatedly to make him find the right sized equipment. This guy stressed it's ental quality equipment\ (I chose the mid-range), and indeed the boot fixation broke on the slopes. I came back and it was promptly replaced.

Worst customer service ever. They are so rude and unhelpful. So disappointed. But the one in atria Crozats is completely opposite. They were kind and very helpful. Next time we will rent out stuff from them.

Average service, they were busy but seemed like they didn't care too much and probably because they deal with people for only a short time they don't actually care. Not that pleasant or helpful when i was there.

Magasin situé au centre de la station. Ils ont beaucoup de choix de vêtements, chaussures, matériel de ski, etc... Ils sont ouvert en hiver et en été. Un super accueil de la part du personnel, avec des bons conseil.Vraiment bien!!! Un bon magasin sur Avoriaz.

LA belle boutique d'Avoriaz! Vêtements et équipements pour toutes les bourses, et grand choix. Pour ce qui concerne le matériel de ski, à la location ou pour l'achat, idem, avec des conseils et une assistance de pros (même pour ses propres skis!). Avec en plus un petit rack où du bon matériel d'occasion est à saisir! A bientôt

Superbe boutique, On y trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour la glisse avec un staff très sympa et des conseils de pros. Matériels de location de qualité... snowboard Burton tout neuf en location pour mon fils
