Warning No audio guide: you have to use your own data in order to scan QR codes and have access to the audio on their site. The free wifi doesn't seem to work. Advice: bring your own earphones. For someone who made a reservation at the meuseum, I find it a littel disturbing not being warned about these details. A charming lady didn't hesitate to tell me not to get too close to the picture while I was just observing. the picture didn't have any restricting line in front of it. Either you put around a rope or you define the rules at the entrance so one can decide to get in or not in the first place.

Disappointing. The lighting was terrible, the fact that it was about night paintings of the arrival of street lighting doesn't mean we need to see them in the dark, the spotlights obscured the artwork and I didn't understand why there were facsimiles of paintings. There are some beautiful works, though, where you can see them!
Nice museum, everything in French explanations, audio guide... . No tourists in Le Havre.. :(
We wanted to enjoy Dufy’s collection and unfortunately they took all of their paintings from the permament collection for a temporary one the starts 18th May. Rest of the collection is nice but we were kinda disappointed ...
Really nice collection here, so well laid out. The museum is also situated in a interesting part of town.
Some lovely and high quality paintings, beautiful modern buildings with a restaurant.
Museum closed before opening hours listed on website. Staff of the museum at the door not helpfull or hospitable.
great for art lovers interested in impressionist painting
