Really unpleasant and unhelpful. Not a good reference for buying a Land Rover. Driving from U.K. to Spain, and an engine management warning came on. Luckily within reach of 2 Land Rover garages in Bordeaux. Came here first explained my situation just wanting to really talk to a mechanic and get some advice. Basically told to f... off and call a breakdown service! Knowing the Land Rover system, the breakdown could not have done anything and would have said it needs a Land Rover garage to check the diagnostics of the system!! Avoid this place all they want is to sell expensive cars and then leave you to it. I then went 10 minutes down the road to Land Rover Stewart & Ardern and they were extremely helpful even with my bad French and said comeback straight after lunch, which they were just closing for and they would put straight on the diagnostics. So when in Bordeaux go to Stewart and Arden and avoid auto real 33.

I have been at this \Land Rover Auto Réal\ because my roof glas was broken during vacation in Bordeaux Area. The glas was fixed but the mechanism to open / close the glas has not been installed again. This means the issue was partly fixed and I did not got the support to finish the remain to do. As to the fact that I was on vacation and I had the feeling that the mechanics just have played the game of time.... They know that I will never come back.... I would not go in this garage again if I do not need to......
J'avais rdv aujourd'hui pour une enceinte à remplacer. En arrivant j'ai précisé que je n'avais plus de liquide vitres et qu'un de mes pneus était sous-gonflé. Au final, j'ai eu une belle remise sur mon devis initial car le temps passé pour changer l'enceinte a été plus court que prévu, le produit pour les vitres m'a été mis gracieusement et surtout, mon pneu avait en fait un clou, il a été réparé et ils ne m'ont rien compté ! En plus de tout ça, un accueil toujours agréable de toute l'équipe. Rien à redire.
UNE EQUIPE AU TOP ! TOUT EST PARFAIT LES COMMERCIAUX L'ADV ET LA DIRECTION ! QUE TOUS LES MAUVAIS COUCHEURS ( CHEUSES ) AVEC DES AVIS NULS AILLENT SE FAIRE SOIGNER...

Un service fantastique. Efficace, poli et super serviable. J'ai oublié de faire le plein de la voiture de courtoisie et ils m'ont simplement demandé de le faire la prochaine fois. Les réparations et le service ont été effectués dans les délais et à ma grande satisfaction. Recommandé à 100% et le seul garage Range Rover à Bordeaux a ulitiser !
Suite à un très bon accueil téléphonique, je me suis présenté à la concession (sans rdv) pour une crevaison lente, à mon arrivée mon véhicule a été immédiatement pris en charge et restitué rapidement. Excellent accueil et excellente prestation. Une équipe qui sait ce que le mot \SERVICE CLIENT\ signifie.
