Horrible! Avoid! My girlfriend and I booked the canoe and picnic. The owner changed the date of our trip without notifying us. We got up early on a hot weekend in Paris to arrive and were told that WE had made a mistake and that our reservation was for the following week. I checked again and discovered that indeed I had booked correctly. We had received an email saying to come at 10am instead of 11am because of the heatwave, which we received, and we arrived on time. But the email mentioned nothing about a date change. The owner at first tried to say it was our fault. Instead of accommodating his mistake, he told us that he didn’t care about us because if he gave us a canoe, it would upset the schedule for the rest of the clients. Our day was ruined. He said he would reimburse us, but I have not yet received it. After contacting him again about the reimbursement, he said that it was already sent (it wasn’t) in an offensive email, which I found incredible from someone trying to run a business. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. When we mentioned the incident to the tourist office in Ile d’Adam, she told us that we were not the first people to have problems with him and that there is a reason why the tourist office is not partnered with them. Avoid Val d’Oise Aventures.

Super balade en canoë. Personnel sympathique. Nous sommes arrivés avec trente minutes d'avance mais avons été pris en charge dès notre arrivée quand même. Je recommande !
Les gérants sont des gens adorables. Ils nous ont fait un programme sur mesure par rapport au temps que nous avions. Nous avons loué des vélos pour une boucle de 30km dans le parc du Vexin puis des canoë le lendemain pour une descente de l'Oise. Très bon moment et nous nous souviendront de l'accueil très chaleureux que nous avons reçu !
Super expérience. Parfait pour une ballade au calme. Et les deux garçons qui vous accueillent sont super sympa. N'hésitez plus. Jetez vous à l'eau.... à refaire !!!!!! Merci les gars.
Super ballade, à faire en famille ou entre amis. L'accueil des étudiants sur place est très bien avec des conseils et de la bonne humeur !! Je recommande vivement.
Journée d'intégration très agréable, des histoires variées et à la portée de tous, sauriez-vous trouver la sirène cachée parmi ces images?
Accueil chaleureux, vélos en très bon état, et une jolie boucle de 32km très bien expliquée et bien balisée. Super expérience, on vous souhaite de faire une belle saison!
Accueil chaleureux, très belle balade sous le soleil, permet de faire le plein de bonne énergie. Tres sympathique je reviendrais sûrement !
