Even though there is no staff on weekends the whole check-in is so smooth. The instructions to collect the key are emailed to you, there is a detailed set of instructions in the welcome envelope. The rooms are clean and spotless, the kitchen is well equipped, sachets of coffee, sugar are well stocked. The washrooms are clean and have clean towels. I would recommend City Residence for a comfortable stay!

Clean, functional place. Rented a small apartment for 2 nights. All I needed was in. Not a luxury one, but good to stay. There are almost no place around to eat. A small trailer selling ready made food from panini and home made pasta to salad and even tiramissu was in the evening just in front of the house. It saved me. In the morning although there is a nice cafe (not in Google maps) and small pizza place across the street.

I personally liked this place. Esp, for the amenities presented by the residence. I lived in an En Suite' Room which had an attached bath, kitchen, TV facilities, sufficient drawer and wardrobe space. Very near to Polytec Nantes campus, literally walking distance. Best place to live for people coming for a conference, but its quite far from the city center (would require you to catch a C6 bus to the city center) and it would cost you over 40 euro to get a cab to the Nantes Atlantique Airport. Really good room services, the reception does not bother you with calls and stuffs. Its basically like a rented room, to be precise.

25 minutes wait to get the keys, almost no toilet paper, smelly bed sheets and pillows, broken shower head. The place has a lot of potential though, the studio has everything you need despite those problems. The staff is friendly

Résidence hôtelière très propre, super bien placée (bus, pistes cyclables, fac...) possibilité d'arriver tard, calme, chambres fonctionnelles et bien équipées (savon, sèche cheveux, télé, wifi...) Bref au top!!

Les appartements sont confortables, fonctionnels et bien équipés. L'accueil est très sympa et le personnel aux petits soins. La ligne C6 à deux minutes vous emmène au centre ville en 25 mn. Il faut juste penser à faire ses courses avant d'arriver. Sur place le soir il n'y a rien d'ouvert.
