I can say it's guarantied that you'll improve your french there, the director is really very caring for the clients, she cares a lot about their progress in french and she is very helpful in case you have any problem. Teachers are also very nice, friendly and managing the class and time very well, and also they are very caring a lot for their students and they are very helpful with everything. The institute does many social activities to make students interact each other. I think it's also very good. Unfortunately sometimes the study topics in the class were not well prepared and I felt that when some the teachers could not find any topic, it was ending up countries of the students. It's actually understandable why they do it, because at the end all students know their countries the best, it's easier to make them talk. But if you are a long term student, it becomes very boring after a while to repeat the same things. The most annoying part about the country topics was when some teachers don't understand the students even though the students talk about their countries several times, because some of the teachers just couldn't leave their cliches in their head. This made me feel that they were very judgmental people. Some teacher should also learn how to ask a question that doesn't include any judgment. There were also moments some teachers said some things that I consider racist about some nations/cultures in the class, and I found it very unprofessional. If I reported this to the director I am very sure she would handle this immediately, because she is very caring about what the clients think. But I personally chose to do it in this way because I still believe that those teachers are good people and I don't want this to be a serious issue for them. But at the same time somebody had to warn them about their wrong behaviors. Except these parts I think it is was good place to learn french efficiently.

J'ai fait appel à FRANCOPHONIE pour que la jeune fille au pair que nous hébergions en 2018 / 2019 suive un enseignement de qualité en Français. De retour en Bulgarie elle nous exprime combien elle a apprécié la conscience professionnelle des formatrices et combien elle avait aimé l'ouverture d'esprit et la convivialité des cours .
