Emailed initially before using service and CEO responded to my query same day. Quick turn around on translation of COVID tests results for trip to Greece. Had issue with incorrect spelling of name (lab error) and was able to rectify without needing to pay an additional translation fee. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They advertise translation in 4 hours for a PCR test. I have submitted it yesterday afternoon in pdf format as requested but I haven't received anything yet (8 working hours later). Also, they don't reply by email (I sent several followups) or chatbot. Don't waste your money, this service is most likely a scam. Reply to your reply: you've sent what it looked like an auto message in FRENCH to which I've replied asking for more information and providing the pdf. I had no answer from you afterwards to my email and nobody even replied in chat so what you claim is not true!!! Also you provide translation services in English but none of your support people can write English and the first messages were even received in French! Merry Xmas to you and to the rest, avoid this company at all cost!!!!!
