You can not go to Nevers without paying a visit to Bernadette! Very clean site where you can follow Bernadette’s steps when she was living there and end the tour by visit her body in the chapel. Don’t miss the short video about Bernadette’s life! Very well done! Outside you will find a reproduction of Lourdes’s grotto! (They are renting rooms for those wishing to stay in Nevers)

Thank you once again for a wonderful few days, as usual once we are there we don't want to leave and have to book another night. Perfect room, spotlessly clean and as for the staff including nuns, what can we say never do we see a face without a smile. We would also like to thank your night watchmen who were very helpful in helping getting us in after our nightly walk round town perhaps with a stop or two in my wheelchair. Hopefully we can come back for my birthday, subject to my MRI next month, with any luck I can retire my wheelchair with the right treatment after that.

OK it's not rock n roll! But that's not the point. Rooms clean, bed comfy, very calm and peaceful. Plus a nice breakfast is included. If you book a room with shared bathroom, brin shower gel! Lovely friendly staff. Very good value. Oh and free car parking.

In 2012, our family had a wonderful visit and stay here. It was healing and a spiritual journey as well. Delicious food, great staff, honorable sisters. Our gratitude to the wonderful staff and sisters.

Inside the chapel at 1145am you get to attend mass and view the body of St Bernadette. Thereafter it closes till 2pm which gives an opportunity for lunch. Walk diagonally across the park where there are several restaurants.

The cheapest rooms, that I stayed in, were very simple, but with all the essentials (a sink, soap, towels), two beds and shared bathroom. Everything in top notch shape! The same comments on the breakfast. Simple, but good.

Calm and quiet place to stay at. We spent the night here and got to see a lot of things. There's also a little store, a museum and a replica grotto of Lourdes.
