As an American who recently relocated to Nice from the US it was important for us to have an agent that we felt we could trust, would hear and listen to our wants and desires in a property, and not feel hard-sold and pressured. Taylor Brival was all that...and with grace and patience. We weren't familiar with Nice much, other than a few short prior stays of 2 or 3 days at a time, and did much of our search with Taylor from Paris and the US -- an added hurdle; nonetheless, with Taylor's grace, patience, and always immediate response it all worked out successfully. We're very happy with where we are in Nice.

I found out at my expense that some of the Ashley Parker agents deal with shady sellers, and besides know hardly anything about the property thy are paid to sell. Caught in a scam, there was nothing I could do. My advice is to look in another direction if you are looking to buy property in Nice ...
