Horrible service for their online store. Ordered a screen from their online store for my son for Christmas, which was delivered but the screen was cracked. Company has refused to exchange or refund. Saying we should have checked the screen while the delivery driver was at the door which is not possible. (No delivery driver waits while you open the package.) Do not order from these people. They act in bad faith. So now we are out 400 euros and my sons Christmas is ruined.

This place is a gem. It saves Nice from being a technological backwater. It's a very small shop but if you want to build your own PC or need something a bit better than the uninspiring range at FNAC try this place (after looking online, it's a small shop, you may need to order)

Je recommande vivement ce magasin à tout ceux qui rencontrerait des difficultés avec leur ordinateur ! C’était le cas pour moi. J’ai été reçu tout de suite, personnel très agréable et très à l’écoute. Ils ont résolu le gros problème que j’avais en un rien de temps ! Heureusement qu’ils étaient là pour m’aider tout seul je n’aurais rien pu faire. Merci LDLC Nice Grimaldi 5 étoiles bien méritées !
