I love this place! It was a slightly complicated walk to the car (it's in a nearby underground garage, so a couple of steps further than your average airport rental), but the agent who assisted us was incredibly helpful with details and instructions. Definitely one of the most hassle-free car rental experiences of my traveling life -- and I have had more than a handful than made me want to tear my hair out. I'd definitely rent from Sixt Nîmes again.
I rented a car, initially for just one week, but which needed to stretch to two. Everyone with whom I met at Sixt in Nîmes was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

No more staff for giving you a car on a Saturday afternoon even if they are supposed to be open until 5:30pm... anticipated weekend for these guys I guess! I wouldn't recommend.
Our Sixt rental car was broken into while parked near the Pont du Gard. I was pretty shaken up. I called Sixt and the phone rep was very professional. She told me to go to this location to exchange the car. We arrived hoping for helpfulness, but we were treated like a nuisance. One employee suggested my bad luck caused the break-in. The car we got from this location has electronic problems, but we're putting up with it so we don't have to come back here.
