I am founder and shareholder in a 200 person technology company and in the habit of looking after things very carefully. We rented property in 16th district of Paris for 6-7 months. We suffered badly from noise from upstairs but worse was to come when we ended the lease. The landlord made a series of claims against our bond that were completely without basis. I suspect that retaining bonds is part of their business model. You would be be mad to rent from One Authentic Properties.
