Had here a snack, a tacos Raclette and a New Yorker Sandwich made from there bread. Concluded with a delicious chocolate filled eclairs. Bis selection of cakes, sandwiches and salads.. Price is fare, easy to find, fresh food and I regret we didn't try the restaurant upstairs. Depending on weather possibility to sit in or outside.

The coffee is good, and the pastries are fine as well. But the sandwiches, salads, and wraps are not worth eating. They are either soggy or dried out - not made fresh daily. The caneles are not the best ones in town either....

Really nice coffees and pastry/deserts. Not as expensive as I thought it would be for such a location. We stayed downstairs in the counter service only area. A few seats inside and more outside. If you want table service and a seat inside head upstairs. Beautiful building too.

Amazing experience. Fancy patisserie where you can choose to sit downstairs (mostly self service) or upstairs with tea, coffee, wine and desserts being served. Loved the service, the wide range of drinks and dessert options. Great place for breakfast or a coffee/tea break in the afternoon.

Beautiful Tea and Coffee salon with amazing pastries (taste and presentation). Lots of attention to detail. Service is very good also. Upper floor has an elevator which is very convenient for strollers or disabled. A little bit pricey, but the place is a gem.

Amazing delicious cakes and fresh bread. But poor coffee.

We stumbled upon this place while wandering around and decided to stop in for pastries. Everything was delicious (and so beautiful!). I ended up getting tea because I had a sore throat and couldn't believe how good that was too! If you're a tea drinker, they have quite the tea list. There seemed to be a bit of confusion with the waitstaff due to the language barrier, but everything turned out fine with just pointing and smiling. They didn't seem rude at all and we didn't have any of the issues other reviewers described.

Stopped here on a Monday afternoon in August. Staff were friendly and spoke some English. Good air conditioning and nice selection of cakes and some sandwiches. Upstairs is one toilet. Upstairs seating is a bit more calm and relaxed. Overall a nice place on a slightly quieter square in Bordeaux
