Fantastic place for healthy and organic food. The choice is very vast. The place is well decorated as well. BUT.... let’s talk about the staff... No one will welcome you. The person who served us is rude. She doesn’t take the time to explain things. It is such a shame to have such limited people in such a nice place.

This place is just so lovely! All the options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free! I had the homemade chocolate granola and almond milk. The lady spoke English and was lovely!

I have been going to OE since it opened a few years ago. Then I moved to Chamonix and it became my “go to place”. I became friends with the owners (sisters Veronique and Valerie). They are highly passionate about what they do and it shows in every detail. From the products they sell, the decor, the food and everything they do. 5 stars aren’t enough. I’ll give them 10

Love this place and Veronique is always welcoming, as is her sister. The food is wholesome, healthy and delicious. Thank you for bringing Ibiza/California vibes to Chamonix.

One of my most uncomfortable experiences. I asked for vegetable milk to my coffee, and she gave me almond milk. But it was a almond and hazelnut milk and I'm very allergic as I precise to her. I end up with a allergy reaction, have no medicine with me and run to the kitchen to ask for lemon as it helps . The woman says she doesn't have lemon, she looks around a bit and ask her colleague saying there's no lemon... I look at the juice menu and point out that it is written they have fresh juice with carrot and lemon. Woman says no we didn't get delivered. Doesn't care at all, and in standing there about to have a hard time to breath(!). I run out to go to nearest other restaurant and a very friendly woman give me fresh squeezed lemon juice (the best remedy if you don't have medicine to calm down the histamine, blueberry also works good). I thank her and go back, where my friends just saw they had plenty of lemon juice on bottles in the store..... But the woman said they had no lemon in bottles or fresh. Basically she doesn't care if a customer , is having a serious allergy shock at her place. For me that is very hard to imagine and understand that you are not interested or doesn't care to help? I was very lucky I didn't drink a lot of that hazelnut milk. I'm very lucky the neighbor restaurant was nice and that the 6 fresh squeezed lemons I drank helped me cool down. I hope this woman will find her happiness in life so she can stop treating customers like if they where a pain for her. Good luck
