On a trip through France the hook that attaches the pannier to the bike broke. Given that the luggage is 18 years old, I was not hopeful, but it was a shot in the dark. Wow was I wrong. The team immediately went to work on a solution and ended up fabricating a metal hook WHILE I WAITED. I was back on the road in about an hour. It’s not just that they fixed the problem; they seemed honored to assist a old BMW touring dude get back on the road. Seriously impressed. Thank you Eden Moto 51 BMW!

Stephane and the team are legends!! I stopped off here on my way home through France for an emergency tire replacement. The team got to work straight away and I was back on the road in a couple of hours. There was a very small issue I noticed when I got back to the U.K. but I got in touch with Stephane and he got it sorted with no issues or arguments. 5 star service! Thank you!

I left an email message on the Eden moto website regarding some overheating issues i was having with my K1600GTL while staying in the Champagne region. As it was a Monday which is a day the dealership is closed I was not expecting a response until the following day. I was therefore very suprised and pleased to be contacted by Stephane from Eden a very short time later that same day, not only with some excellent advice about possible causes and remedies but also an offer of assistance the following day if required. Well above and beyond the level of service I would have expected in the uk on someones day off! A huge thank you to Stepane and would thoroughly recommend anyone who is experiencing problems with their BMW in the Riems area to contact them. Having taken the advice given the problem was remedied so was able to enjoy the remainder of the trip despite the 35 degree heatwave in France. Many thanks!!

Had a problem with a very worn out rear tyre after a two week alpine holiday and rang Eden Moto for help just before they closed at 7pm. They responded positively and booked me in for the first slot in the workshop for the following day. Great welcome the next morning and two new tyres and also front wheel bearings fitted within 90 minutes and on my way to catch the Eurotunnel as planned. Top marks to the full Eden Moto team for a good job well done.

Recently on a journey from England to the Alsace, my R1200C started running rough. I called in to Eden Moto and luckily found the only guy who could speak english (sorry I didn't catch your name) He helped me sort the problem out (perished vacuum rubbers) got me a coffee and didn't even charge me for the parts. Amazing customer service - highly recommended!
