A total rip off. Unfriendly staff denying us basic consumer rights for a refund on a rental we had to prepay but that we couldn't get because of the COVID19 pandemic as the border to Spain were closed. Depsite arguing that we are entitled to a refund the Mcrent company continued to discard our request which meant that they are trying to charge us 3000 (2000) as a cancellation fee which is totally ludicrous. We are now taking the matter to the consumer affairs and will go to court if needed but I am totally gobsmacked at the total disregard this company has towards their customers. Will away whilst you can. They are crooked thieves.
