Paris, France

Visited on a beautiful sunday morning in autumn. The avenues, paved with stones and leaves, provided with crossings and branches, led me through this city of the dead. A monumental resting place for artists and nobles like Chopin, Jim Morrison, Oscar Wilde...

One of the best things to see in Paris! There are millions of graves, one cooler than the next. There are many famous occupants like Jim Morrison and Chopin. This was so worth the visit and it is free to enter! Plan on spending a good 2 or more hours there as there is so much to explore. Highly recommend!
So many great things around this stop. Right next to famous cemetery. In walking distance to great little hotels, pubs/bars and private B & B/apartments for rent.
