Food is good, definitely good and that explains the Star. But what caught my attention are the emotions Alan talks about, and the nostalgia for his mother land. Lebanon, the land of my parents, it’s where I was born and to where I want to return one day. The land of authenticity, of magic, of great produce. Lebanon, land of traditions and knowhow. For the love of Lebanon, I want to have my second star and be the pride of my fellow compatriots.

Amazing modernist cuisine, a fusion of Lebanese flavors & French culinary savoir faire. Chef Alain challenges your taste buds with every tasty bite.

One of my favourite MIchelin stars restaurants. A very nice chef, excellent service and amazing way to introduce customers to the lebanese taste. Loved it!

I’ve been to a few dozen Michelin starred restaurants. Personally I thought that the service here was fantastic. However I genuinely felt there should have been more for the price. The food was also not up to standards in my humble opinion. The presentation is quite nice but nothing spectacular at this price range.

Had dinner yesterday at the restaurant, had an amazing experience with a great dinner service would really recommend it, the service was amazing for us since we are tourists we had a lot of help with the menu and the wine 10/10

Very nice restaurant. Very good service which is a a nice change from the average service level in Paris which is quite mediocre. The food was very nice and I went there because I was curious to discover the fusion between French and Lebanese cuisines. I was very pleased by the appetizers. The main dishes were also very nice. Personally I would have liked to taste more the Lebanese flavor in them, but this does not at all taken away from the fact that they were very nice in both flavor and presentation. We also had the luxury of having the chef personally presenting to us some of the dishes. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this restaurant.

Came here for lunch with my girlfriend. The place was surprisingly empty, we were the only ones - a mystery to me, given the fantastic food (both taste and presentation) and warm friendly service we've been offered. I've never had such a good experience at a restaurant at this price (45 Euro per person for a filling 3-course lunch).
