Excellent service both at the consulate or by online service. Very responsive and very well explained information. Compared with the previous consulate services that not even deserved one star, the current consulate deserves more than 5 stars. This can be an example for another Indonesian consulate service all around the world! Bravo!
When the bad thing happen in Paris, the first thing to do is call the Embassy to get things down. The staff very cooperative, communicative and helpful! They work very fast. Merci boucoup!

I am from a country which I need visa to be able to travel to many countries, so I'm sharing my experience as a kind of expert in different embassies :-D (J.K). well I emailed this embassy and they answered me in less than a week (German embassy answered my email after 6 month :-D), here, they answer your phone calls ( Austrian Embassy never does :-D), I don't understand why people complained about the staff In this embassy, maybe they were in a good mood when I went there but honestly I don't see any point to complain because I've seen other staffs in other embassies, it's quite normal to seem a bit cold as a staff in embassy :-D , look, I never got an smile from staffs anywhere in any embassies, but to tell the truth, today I've got one when I have got my visa, :-) . because of all these bad comments, I was super stressed to not have visa or to be face with monster staffs, but guys, they're good people so don't worry, just have your complete documents and don't expect them to behave you like staffs in Louis vuitton do.
