I lived in Paris between 2015/2016, for 11 months, and rented an apartment with Book-A-Flat. The experience with them and with my landlord, who I am friends with until today, was the most amazing. Everything was perfect from the day I arrived until the day I left. Looking forward to have a new opportunity to go to Paris and rent an apartment with them again! Thank you so much! Book a flat is a very reliable agency to work with. Marion was the one who assisted me throughout my search for an apartment in Paris and I do not have any complaints. From the beginning of my journey down to it's end, she ( as well as other staff members I have communicated with) has been incredibly polite, professional, thorough, very patient & responsive. We exchanged multiple emails within 24 hours & she always answered all of my questions with complete transparency. I have recommended book-a-flat and Marion in particular to friends & I would definitely do it again!
