Snobbish! I have been already 3 times so far on this shop, just because it is easier for me to get there then to go inside Paris . Staff really cold. Maybe because I am not part of the "Rich" quarter of Passy. I get inside you say "Good Morning" and no answer. 3 staff were occupied to serve one person. I served by myself the coffee I needed. After another customer enter and I heard that he was asking about an offer. Due to I was taking coffee for 100 Euros I took the chance to ask as well about it. Really cold answer but I have got the answer. I have been served with a guy that I could not understand if he was speaking with me or on his radio. After I have got to ask if there was the possibility to test the new coffee, otherwise no chance that he was offer me by his initiative. I do not understand why this shop has a so unfriendly customer service from the others shop in Paris!
A surprisingly very well appointed Nespresso shop. The place is spread across two levels and they have what I can only assume are TONS of the Nespresso capsules. Staff are very helpful and will walk you through each of the different types of coffees available.
Very nice boutique but Staff very rude. When I entered, nobody said "bonjour". The Staff were just in front of me, talking and laughing in a group of three people. I had a quickly look at the coffee selection and then I left quite immediately. I was too nervous about their attitude. And, of course, when I exit, they did not said "au revoir"... they were too much busy, again, to talk and laughing about their things. What a bad experience!
Free coffee tasting. Great service. Coffee capsules not that much more expensive than generic ones in supermarkets.
Nespresso style boutique. Service is good and selection is classic. Fast n efficient.
