I had dinner here with my grandmother in August 1982, but only one problem: the bartender did not have a clue how to make a bourbon old fashion cocktail for my grandmother, and it was served in a highball glass! Do I have a good memory or what?! Perhaps a bit critical, but in hospitality - details count because the customer always has a choice!

In a classic decor; a great cuisine for fish, seafood and caviar. Friendly and correct staff. If you like this cuisine, restaurant Prunier is a must visit.

Prunier-Balik caviar house is a well known chain in the UK, but this is the original Prunier. Beautifully restored Art Deco interior, with impeccable fish and shellfish dishes topped up by super efficient and friendly service. This is definitely a must go restaurant if you like impeccably prepared fish dishes and vintage Art Deco interiors.

This restaurant was a interesting experience. I ordered the 95 Euro tasting menu. It was a bit pricey but the ambiance made up for it. The bread was very flavourful because of all the spices,I've never eaten caviar before and the starter was a lobster caviar tar tar it was delicious. As the meal progressed I found it a bit salty that being said my second course was a lobster with mushrooms and then it followed by a scrumptious raspberry tart. When I asked for a espresso they said it was on the house and the first sip I had was life changing. The bitterness disappeared and it cleansed my entire palette. I had to ask what the beans were called and the server was kind enough to write it down on a piece a paper it was called cafe Richard pale noire!

Exquisite seafood in a historical environment. Warm and cosy. Loved the experience and the excellent service. For sure it's not cheap, but it's worth its price.

Petit est beau From the same stable as the fab L'Etoile Manquante, Les Philosophes and La Chaise Au Plafond, this tiny hostelry is a must-visit for a pre-dinner aperitif or a late-night drink. Chairs are scarce -- the only place to be is propping up the horseshoe-shaped bar. Bistro food, served in the back bar, is fresh and original.
