I was ripped off! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I wish I read the reviews before coming in. Changed 200 USD and got back 126.96 Euro. They take extra fees and pocket a certain percentage! Be careful! Stay away!
BE CAREFUL!!! Advise you not to use this place. They have hiden charges and not telling customers about it. They take around 20% of your cash as payment for conversion of money ( commission). Rip off. When requested refund thay said o refunds
This place is a scam. We gave them 200 USD and we were supposed to get back about 150 euros, but with all the hidden fees it came out to 126 USD. And he was so RUDE, absolutely no customer service skills. Told us to leave when we told him we wanted our money back, he said he would call the cops & get us arrested. A year later I am still upset about this situation because I have never experienced such horrible customer service and just felt robbed.
They take a 10% commission and an additional 6 on whatever you exchange. I changed 100 for euro, with the exchange rate I should’ve gotten 120 back but with the commission and charge only got 85. Definitely not worth it.
!!SCAM! Do not change money from this shop they will give a very good rate and trick you into changing a lot with them at first, but after you have received your money and you count it, you will realise that it's about 10-15% lesser than that what they have told you earlier. When you question them, they will say it's their service tax and lots of excuses. If you demand to cancel the transaction and wanna get your money back, they will refuse to do so and looks annoyed. DO not change here if not you will be worse off than changing money at the airport!
