I live in California and needed to find an amazing flower shop in Paris. I was impressed with Christian Morel's website and work so decided to place my order online. I am thrilled I did! I ordered the arrangement for a co-worker and Quentin went above and beyond to coordinate delivery with my co-worker to ensure she would be home to receive. Quentin sent me a photo of the arrangement and it was stunning. My co-worker loved it and shared that Christian Morel Flowers was the best florist in Paris. I wish I lived closer to get my own arrangement :) Thank you Quentin for the stellar customer service!!

Simply said, Quentin is the best florist ever! I called the shop on Friday from the United States and he couldn't hear me very well so he immediately jotted my number and called me back. Between his utter professionalism, kindness, patience, great spirit and his ability to go far and beyond, Quentin is the epitome of customer service! I needed a very special birthday bouquet sent to my sister who had just moved to Paris and we were sad as we were not able to celebrate it together. I told Quentin what kind of arrangement I had in mind and to send me some options and literally the first picture he sent me nailed exactly what I had envisioned. He delivered it on time as well. Most importantly, my sister told me \it was the most beautiful arrangement she's ever received and the flowers actually smelled amazing!\ It's fair to say I'll be going back to Quentin/Christian Morel flower shop for all of my floral needs! Thank you Quentin for having the best spirit :)!
I was looking for flowers delivery for my sister in Paris. I found them on Google and all I can say that they are great and the flowers are so beautiful!! They are so kind and they are making sooo nice flower bouquets!! And I have to say that I ordered bouquet in the morning for delivery and they delivered the same day for two hours! Great! love it!
I'd like to thank Quentin from Christian Morel Florist for his invaluable assistance in May. l live in Ireland and wanted to send flowers to honour the passing of a close friend who had suddenly passed away in Paris. Quentin spoke to me in excellent English, which I really appreciated, and even suggested that I email him the message to be sent with the bouquet so that he could translate it from English into French for me. He was fantastic, and so kind and professional. I hear that the flowers were beautiful and brought some comfort to a grieving family. Thank you Quentin. You are a star! I look forward to using Christian Morel Florist again soon, but hopefully for a happier occasion.
I needed to send a bouquet of flowers for a funeral I would not be able to attend due to the international travel restrictions during the pandemic . I found Christian Morel Flowers randomly on the internet when I googled Parisian florists. I called not really knowing if they would be able to fill my order in time and deliver it to the location which was outside of Paris. When I called, it was about twenty minutes before the shop closed. Quentin answered the call and was very kind and patient. He took his time to help me figure out the best arrangement for the occasion and stayed on the phone even after closing hours. He went over the different selections on the website and answered all of my questions. He advised me on which arrangement would be best for what I had in mind. He was quite attentive to the details I wanted for the arrangement and assured me that the order would be filled in time. The next day, which turned out to be his day off, he sent me pictures of the arrangement to make sure it was to my satisfaction. When I saw the arrangement, I was so pleased! It was exactly what I asked for and was even better than what I had imagined. Quentin informed me that Christian Morel worked on the bouquet himself based on my specifications. In addition, he contacted me to confirm all of the information for the delivery and message on the card. He also wanted to make sure that I was happy with the arrangement. I am grateful for the service I received. Quentin went above and beyond to fill this order for me. I really appreciated the professionalism, patience, kindness, and levity that he brought to this encounter. He really made what was a stressful task for a sad occasion much easier --which brought me a sense of relief and peace of mind.
One of my dearest friends just moved to Paris, and I wanted to send him a little housewarming gift. I was nervous about ordering internationally, but after looking at some reviews online, I decided to go with Christian Morel. I could not be happier with my decision. Not only was the arrangement they sent absolutely beautiful (my friend sent me a picture), but the customer service was amazing (Quentin especially). Quentin was able to confirm delivery and converse with me in English as I know very little French. I later found out that the shop is literally right next to my friend's partner's old apartment, and it makes me happy to support local businesses. I HIGHLY recommend Christian Morel to anyone looking for flowers or plants in Paris. You will not be disappointed.
Good place to buy some flowers and gifts. They have a wide selection of cacti and terrariums. The sales staff are nice and knowledgeable. Tiny terrariums cost 16 euros each.
GORGEOUS fresh flowers, great service. I used to live around the corner from this shop, and they always had a wonderful selection. Because I’m living in NYC now, I ordered these flowers for my partner’s birthday online through their site (in English). They were hand delivered perfectly on time, and the bouquet exceeded expectations! My partner was so excited to receive this gift on his day, and helped us feel connected even with an ocean in between. I definitely advise you to let this shop use their creative discretion — that’s what I did (with just a little guidance), and these turned out more unique and artful than I could have dreamed up myself.
