15 for 3 hours, they say the locker is can fit up to three luggage but really they can store up to 3 backpacks... couldn't fit more than one of my luggage and couldn't book another locker so I still had to keep my carry-on on me which defeats the purpose. THEN, when I got back, the door code did not work, we tried to call the number on the door (and were charged fees for international calls on top of that) but we were hung up on and told via SMS we would be reached out to \ASAP\. \ASAP\ isn't enough when you have a plane to catch. We had to wait for 30mn to be called back and another 15mn while the digicode was reset. Shameful.
Nothing bad. No problem in getting in and opening locker and put my bag there. Unfortunately they do not have option to book locker facility for few hrs instead of whole day
Very convenient and secure Do not forget to book to be sure to get a place. 12 for a day, I put 4 bags in one locker, really cheap for a secured service regrading to what the others offers. Real locker and dedicated place with video and alarm. I recommend
Very bad experience. We were stuck for over 2 hours unable to get the codes, inspite of paying a pretty steep 30 euros for 2 lockers. The transaction goes through and no confirmation mail or message was received. The number to call on does not go through. Finally received an SMS response, an exchange of which got us codes to enter, and one of them was a locker being used already! The 2nd star is for the consideration after this to give us the final location of where we were at, otherwise the harrowing experience was definately not worth it.
This place is outstanding! A great place to leave your gear and enjoy the day works so smoothly. Highly recommended!
I was expecting to see a front desk or reception or something but when I got there I had to use their web services in order to get a locker. This took me just over half an hour due very lousy built website. Was real pain in the a*s understanding how to open the locker, at this point I could really use some help or some explanation. All I received was a short message in French and a complicated code. Most of the other places in the city offer live guarding for your stuff while city locker only uses cameras and magnetic locks. Price was about 5 more expensive than the average of other few I reviewed in the same area.
