Never again, horrible, I give this place 0 stars. And please ignore their response below. I definitely dialed the codes properly, several times too. And I was definitely at the right location because I used the address link they had given to me on email to confirm google directions. Somehow I can read and enter a code to get through the door and not enter similar series to enter a locker? It is not difficult to follow, and every member in my group tried it so I call BS. Horrible customer service to blame the customer for your own mistakes. This was a terrible experience. My original review: If you have another option, take it. I paid online. They sent a code to my email that did not work. I had to activate my phone to make an international call to the emergecy line which they did not pick up. Had to leave voicemail and insttead they send text messages, incurring new charges. Then they called and promised me it would work later in the day for me to get my things and it did not. So I called and texted again. More charges. This should have been smooth and effortless. And we were on a time constraint.
Great experience! The same day we booked 2 lockers for 7 cabin bags. We receive instant SMS (and e-mail) with locking and unlocking information. We had no problem finding where the place was. Certainly recommend!

Very convenient and secure Do not forget to book to be sure to get a place. 12 for a day, I put 4 bags in one locker, really cheap for a secured service regrading to what the others offers. Real locker and dedicated place with video and alarm. I recommend
Five stars because the manager was very quick to respond and helpful when we dialed the number for assistance. Place works great and is a good deal, just a little advice since some people were confused: 1. Make sure you reserve online in advance and have your door code and locker code ready to go when you arrive here. 2. The email with your codes takes a few minutes to arrive and may end up in your spam. 3. Push hard on the number pad and put your whole number in quickly because it will time-out after a minute. If you do all that, you should be just fine. Great service to have here in Paris.
Seems simple - sign up, store your bags, tour Paris. But first, the SSL on the website is expired. Okay, not safe. But keep going. Second, the QR codes on the window are... expired. Last, the f***ing keypads to enter your codes are broken!?! You have one job - must do keypads right. Took us 10 minutes to enter a simple code. Couple behind us had the same experience. Terrible service.
Very easy to use. You book and pay online and you received some codes, one for the door for for your locker. Quite big locker it feets 3 cabin cases for only 12 euros. Good deal!
