You need internet for the booking and you can pay only with credit card in advance. I had problems at the entrance door, it did not accepted the door code, but after a few minutes I could open the door. After that everything was ok. To open your box, you have to insert the deposit code. If you have heavy luggage and you are not so strong it could be not so easy to put in/ to take out from a box above. It is a good and safe way to storage your luggage while you walk free around in Paris.

Aw man this place was kinda hard to find but being able to drop our heavy stuff to explore is fantastic

Just bad... The whole log-in process is horrible. You need to create a new account (for what?) on an awful website where you have to enter a lot of irrelevant information. Yes there is WIFI, but it disconnected automatically several times, so that we had to restart the registration process. But once we got the codes, it was easy to enter the room. We lost half an hour just to put a bag into a locker.... that isnt a customer friendly process. Never again.
Essential service for those who need to store luggage for a day or less. Price is 14.00 per day per locker that may contain two hand baggage. Is not easy to get in the room. Call the number shown on the door. Help line is smooth and effective. Pay attention to the opening time.
Very easy to use. You book and pay online and you received some codes, one for the door for for your locker. Quite big locker it feets 3 cabin cases for only 12 euros. Good deal!
