My experience with CLIPP has not been positive. I have found them to be unprofessional. During one encounter, I arrived early for my appointment, to find that they had cancelled my appointment without calling me. I don't mind if they forgot - we're human, we all make mistakes, but instead of apologizing and rescheduling, they started arguing about it. There were a few other strange incidents with reception that left me feeling uncomfortable - I called once and the receptionist that took my call refused to speak English or transfer me to someone who could (or tell me when I could call back and speak to an English speaking staff member). The last time I went, I also had a bad experience in terms of treatment.The first two appointments were fine, the third treatment the clinician was in a hurry and missed a few patches of hair (for permanent hair removal). Needless to say, the results weren't good. I will be finishing my treatment with another doctor in Paris. Hopefully with better results!

My experience with the CLIPP Medical Team was excellent. My doctor answered all my enquiries in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner. I was extremely satisfied with the results of my visit. I highly recommend this facility to anyone interested in laser technology. My only regret is that I didn't find this clinic sooner. Bravo!

First session of laser hair removal worked well, second session with a different doctor was not effective (no results). Second doctor was rushed and clearly wanted to finish as soon as possible. Receptionist was rude and indiscreet. Would not recommend, and will not be going back.
