Roman thermal Baths at Cluny is well restored and definitely a must see.

Amid the bests of museums of Paris! This museum were the Romain Bath durind the 1th century. It is too one of my favorites.
Recently reopened for the public. You used to be able to see the thermals without a guide, but now they are on a timed tour (1 hr 30 to see). Tickets are 6,50 or 5 euro depending on what you want to see. They post a lot of photos on Instagram that are not always open to the public, but it's coming together nicely.
It was stunning to be in a building so ancient. Being in the baths from medieval times felt surreal. They don't have a lot of artifacts, but they're so old and you can get right up close which made it an excellent place to visit. The place was cool on a hot summer day so I definitely recommend if you need to cool off. The tapestries of the Lady and Unicorn were amazing to see in person. I very much recommend this place.
It has been changed since the last visit in 2017 but still cool and it is getting famous‼️. It is located in the center of paris and I love this museum more that any bigger and crowded ones. This museum has no many tourists like others. That’s why i love here ️
I wanted to like this museum more than I did. My admission was part of the Paris Museum Pass (which is a great deal!) So I didn't pay their admission directly. I might have regretted if I had. All of that said, what they have is good. I really enjoy medieval tapestries, and their religious collection was interesting. The engraved church stones and statues were well presented. Bring inside of an old building made for some interesting architecture. It just felt small. I like to take my time in museums, reading everything and studying what I can. I was done in under an hour. I've since found some pictures online that make it look like there should have been outside interior space available, presumably the courtyard of the original abbey, along with some Roman baths, but if so, I never came across signs or doorways that indicated that. If I missed them, they need to be marked better. There is some garden space on the outside of the building where you can walk around or sit on a bench, without needing museum admission. Be sure to check that out too. On one hand I hope I just missed things and there's more to see, but if so, that means I missed out!
Awesome to see the medieval tapestries and the golden Christendom items. Interesting baths area below the museum. Overall, the day we were there, the museum felt small and short as there were a lot of areas apparently closed off.
If you have any interest in medieval history you should most certainly visit! It's a wonderful institution. If you have any interest in Roman history you should visit as well - it happens to be the site of an epic Roman bath. Only one small portion of it as well, it's difficult to comprehend.
