It is absolutely a shame that Cobra.fr sends expensive packages with hi-fi equipment to other countries via the infamous Colissimo service of the equally infamous French public post office. I was not obliged to know that their company was in complete disintegration, but it was the duty of the sender. Tracking shows that the package has been at Paris' Charles de Gaulle Airport since December 14, where it allegedly stands in the alternating post office even though the plane takes off for Zagreb every day, and Zagreb is 47 kilometers away from my city. For comparison, two weeks ago I ordered a turntable from Italy that arrived by plane from Milan in 4 days. The Croatian Post is a spaceship compared to the French because it delivers packages in the middle of a pandemic and earthquake on time. Their employees are probably four times less paid than those at the French Post. UPDATE: The amp finally arrived after 28 days and is magnificent.

Excellent shop and shopping experience! I recommend it without hesitation. The staff in the shop are passionate about sound and very knowledgeable. They are professional and friendly. We spent about 4 hours testing different speakers and amplifiers to make our choice. Eric, who served us, gave us all the time we needed and with absolutely zero pressure on selling any product. He answered all our questions with patience and passion. Special thanks to Eric and the whole Cobra team. I can’t wait to get home and listen to my music!

UPDATE: After posting this review the responded and have since refunded me the tax refund they were with holding. Will provide tax refund paperwork for international clients but then will not refund the money and instead keep it for themselves. Will not respond to emails. Dishonest! Avoid!

Unable to obtain clear information about a product in the store. Vendors didn't appear to be concerned by my need/question. Unable to test in decent conditions this very same product. Really disappointed because I was considering Cobra as a reference in Paris.
