Really enjoyed my shopping experience and would recommend! I bought a Vintage Chanel bag. Condition as described, authentic and super pretty! Delivery was super fast and the collector square dust bag and box were really nice. Customer service is super quick to answer all questions and provide further information or photos!

My first time buying from collector square and I am very happy , the bag is perfect, there was an issue that the padlock wasn't included in the box as described, once I contacted them they were very swift in rectifying the problem and sent me the missing padlock straight away , the shipping is swift and the bag was delightfully packaged , they respond to emails straight away, I am very happy and will definitely buy from them again , an honest authentic and reputable company. Highly recommended.

I have been searching for months to find the perfect vintage (circa 1960) Cartier Tank watch similar to the one Jacqueline Kennedy wore. Because of the specificity I was looking for- 20mm case size, etc. I was becoming increasingly disappointed as the months went on. But during one Google search, I came across Collector Square and inquired about a watch that was perfect! I couldn’t believe it. My hopes were quelled when a sales rep informed me it was sold. But then she immediately suggested another Cartier and it was love at first site! It was exactly what I have looked for. The transaction was seamless and the sales team a pleasure to work with!

I received excellent and helpful customer service from C S by email when trying to purchase a bag however I note someone else has had the same problem very difficult to make payment by bank transfer I put it down to my own incompetence but it wasn't a good experience. However staff particularly Louise were very helpful and I would buy from them if I find something else I like on this occasion the transaction didn't work out.I would definitely make a visit if I were in Paris !
