Avoid! They charge very high agency fees. When I questioned whether there will be any other fees, they responded no. The text disappeared from the lease (which I only noticed much later because you can't see what you sign in the system once you moved to the signature page - take a print screen of every page before you sign) and additional fees were deducted from my deposit without any communication or any warnings. The flat I rented was nice but very dirty when I was given the keys. I did not complain and cleaned up and I was charged cleaning fees on top of that. The system of the external doors was changed about 2 weeks after I moved in. I was not informed about this and so when I returned after a weekend away, I could not get in the building as the keys did not work anymore. When I flagged up the issue to Cosy home the next morning, their response was to ask neighbours to help. I also told them that they were going to change the internal door shortly so they could get me the new set of keys. A neighbour helped me temporarily for the external door, but a week later when the internal door was changed, I was once again locked out of the building. Cosy Home did nothing. When I finally located where the new keys were (by myself), Cosy home told me to get them myself. No help from Cosy Home. There were issues with the fridge which were fixed eventually but it took a long time to sort this out. There were issues with the boiler which were fixed, but again, I had no hot showers for at least 2 months (over winter). Overall poor service for very high fees. Avoid, it's not worth the costs.

Well, called them several times, but they seem dont give any attention. So i strongly suggest dont wast your time and temper again those people who dont dare to call you back. They really seem not professional at all and after what i read it seem they abuse, and try to charge you for useless stuff. I hope all the agencies are not like that one. Maybe if they call me back someday I’ll change my review, but it’s been more than one week now I’m waiting for their reply :) Édit : well it seems my comments been read, and they finally contacted me back to tell me they dont make anymore visit for this app, so i raised the stars.

Update- the emails have now risen to 14 and still no result. This is so incompetent that it's getting hilarious! After about 5 phonecalls and 11 emails from at least 2 different people I still haven't managed to organise a viewing. It takes a lot of motivation to get hold of anyone in the agency (be prepared to spend on average 20min on hold). I feel it is virtually impossible to organise a viewing - they have a system of phone contact and email booking which don't communicate with each other. Extremely poor communication and customer service.

Took 230 from my deposit without providing justification or receipts to attempt to justify why they're not giving back 230 (Owner, if you read this, send me the receipts justifying this so we can talk). Charged me rent for days I was not occupying nor able to occupy the apartment after surprising me on a train back to Paris from visiting my fiancé saying that I had to leave that night instead of the next morning-forcing me to find another room the night before my flight home, costing me more money unnecessarily. Doesn't repair an apartment even if you send in a request through their system. My request just sat in their system from February-leaving in October while other landlords and other agencies would quickly repair problems. Rent from someone else instead who doesn't take money from you and actually repairs stuff, which is easy to find in Paris. I've had better experiences elsewhere in Paris, particularly for non-French citizens needing housing. They're too \Parisian\ and not customer service-orientated. Edit: Got an initial response after posting this Google Review. Still waiting on precise detail justifying the money as opposed to broad expense categories.

Avoid these guys by all means if you can. They're a waste of your time and resources.

Good appartements available. However they will try to charge different kinds of additional fees, some of them forbidden by French law (\état des lieux de sortie\ and \horaires d'agence\ of more than 15/square meter which is the maximum allowed by law, including for furnissed appartments).

Very bad service. No maintenance. Took two months rent(1280 euro) guarantee deposit and 3 me months later after leaving the deposit was still not returned. When after lots of attempts I finally got a hold of them they came up with an exaggerated invoice. Example cleaning fees for almost 400 euros.etc... To get back my guarantee deposit I will have to go to court.
