I was cycling past Cuts today when something attracted me to this meat vendor in the 16th. Perhaps it was the board outside showing how to pair different cuts of beef with wine (all of which sold in Cuts); whatever, I stopped cycling and headed inside to check out what this shop was all about. Cut a long story short, I bought a fillet of Argentian beef, some Béarnaise sauce and a bottle of Malbec to help it all go down. Despite my amateur cooking abilities, the steak proved to be so succulent and tasty, it really didn’t matter who cooked it. I loved my dinner! As Arnie S might say, I’ll be back! Anthony
