If you’re trying to build or repair your own bike and need parts, this is the place to go. They are more specialized in road bikes, but their inventory is vast and diverse. Yes, some pieces come at a price that is inflated compared to the internet - but at the same time, these folks can find you an obscure piece that you can’t find on amazon and will have to pay 30 to have shipped over from the UK, and you can walk out with it same day for 5 and be up and running. I’ve had a lot of experience with bike shops in Paris, and been mostly disappointed by the attitudes behind the counter. Not so here. I came in as a stranger, and these guys have gone the extra mile for me time and time again. I’ve never dropped a fortune on a gorgeous bike there, and yet they treat me the same as any high roller. Helpful, pro knowledge, great selection, and good open hours. Nuff said.

Purchased a bicycle, and carbon wheels, and many other various items, in January and February. But, when I needed a small favor (I asked them to pack the bike in a box (for a fee) because I had to leave the country in a Covid-19 related emergency) they were all of a sudden too busy to help.

In Paris and decided to get out for a bike ride on Friday. While going down the list on Google, I first contacted another shop who told me that 1 day notice was not sufficient, though they had bikes available and that I should plan ahead. How's that for customer service! Lucky, the next shop called was Cycles Laurent. They were very friendly on the phone even though I do not speak French and recommended that I come by so that they could get me set up with the bikes I needed. Compared to the first experience I was blown away with how friendly everyone in the shop was and that they went out of their way to get two bikes dialed in for me and my friend. Should I return to Paris and need a rental bike, I know where I'll be going!

Great service and large choice of products. I was there this morning and even though it was packed, the owner gave me great advices and took really good care of me. He even offered me some items (I already took) for free. Top class!

Chaos ... and more . Irresponsible and reckless ..I had the worst experience with this shop Incompetent, irresponsible , they know nothing about professionalism and customer satisfaction I rent a bike for one day that I prepared since 2weeks .. at first they forgot to include Extra tube with the bike after they insert the extra tube and other necessary accessories but they forgot the air pump ... guess what on a rainy day I was in the middle of no where when I had a flat tire I stayed there under rain for almost 2-3 hours trying to get some help .. all this because of the guy at Laurent cycle who because he is reckless and irresponsible forgot to insert the manual air pump with the kit... when I returned the back the bike and told him my story he didn’t look at me he just put his eyes somewhere else .. B Guys I can tell you that this shop staff and the manager are IIC , ignorant, incompetent, careless If you are a good athlete... it doesn’t mean that you will be a good shop manager ... you failed me and you spoiled my day and more you don’t care ...

Was here last week and all in all a decent bike shop who fix and repair as well, they had everything from saddles to jerseys and even a few bits and pieces of vintage stock for building up bikes; bits of group sets, seatposts, headsets etc.. they have plenty of new builds/recent models from the big brands that you can ride away as well so cater for all needs. Only caveat for all this is that (as someone who has experience in buying bikes and cycling clothes/searching for parts/putting bikes together) everything they sell is a bit over priced. You could find a better deal somewhere else, you might just have to look a bit harder.

Nice Bicycle store in Paris, great team. They know what they are talking about. Took time to give me advice on my helmet and cycle parts. Didn't push you to buy like others stores..
