The lemon chicken is magic, and the staff went way out of their way to assist. I wish we took a chance here earlier on our trip so we could make a few more visits.
This place is unreal! Super friendly and helpful to tourists. Bring a loaf of bread and they will make you the best sandwiches ever. Wish we were staying longer so we could go a few times. Highly recommended!
This place is awesome! So friendly especially to tourists. Great Italian food shop. We brought bread and they were very helpful making us sandwiches for a picnic at the Eiffel Tower.
Loved this place. Really fun shopping experience, went in for a sauicisson, left with everything for the apero: rose, pate, and sauicisson! The staff was very traditional in look, but super modern in service: extreamly nice and let me try my fractured French with humor. Recommended the house rose which was inexpensive, chilled, and tasty! Enjoyinging it right now! Bon appetit!
My husband and I go to Paris every year and we always stay in the 7th because we must be near Davoli. This is one of, if not the greatest food store, in the world. It is small in size but is filled with hundreds of delicacies, everything you could think of in an italian or french food store. But even better are the cooked foods that are made fresh every day the store is open.All of the classic bistro dishes are here, italian specialties and other cooked items. We stand there and watch the cooks bring out the dishes that have just been cooked. We like to eat in three nights a week and truthfully most of the time it is better than eating out at good restaurants in Paris. The rest of the year I dream about Davoli and I regularly check the website to see what I could be eating if I were in Paris.
Really great selection of take away food. A bit pricey, but absolutely worth it.
