My son (age 19) and I arrived in Paris and based on reviews from the internet, I picked the Dessange salon to have our hair cut. This is the third time I have had my hair cut in Paris over the years. I needed a change and Gregory updated my look and showed me how to add a lot more volume to my hair. Matthew loved his hair cut as well. The salon is very modern, clean, and the staff are very friendly. I liked my haircut so much that I made another appointment before we left to have my hair colored and highlighted. Again, a very positive experience. I've never had highlights without using foil so this was fun to try. I live in Washington, DC and the cuts and coloring were twice as expensive as what I normally pay, but I left the salon both days feeling pretty and very pleased with the cut and color. When in Paris, this is a terrific salon for a new look or a blow dry/style. Other clients had beautiful results as well so I can say with assurance that this salon will not disappoint. I'll be back on my next trip for sure. Unless I can convince Gregory to move to D.C.!

Arrived in Paris from San Francisco around noon and had an appointment with Dessange at 3pm. They are located very close to where we are staying so a 15 minute walk took me there. I was exhausted and beat from the flight, and their level of care & service gave me energy and made me relaxed. Claire was attentive and did a great job with my hair. Now ready for my few days in Paris!

Polite service. Made the client feel extremely comfortable with every task being completed. Provided English translation when required. One of the few Dessange to do so. The cost can be requested in advance to prevent any confusion. The end result was a completely satisfied customer with an amazing cut, colouring and highlights.
