We don't visit Dior often as it's not our first choice of brand but we were greeted warmly and helped warmly by a sales lady. Store is huge and unless they're out of stock, you should find any sought after Dior in that store.

I kindly ask to have a pair of boots transferred from Champs Élysée to the new St Honoré store , because my husband was there ,and he was willing to pay there . Champs Élysée Refused to transfert the pair of boots ! I found myself in the middle of a competition war between the two stores ! So Pathetic ! So low class !

Came here in october 2019 in paris for the second time, got the bag i wanted! diorama in black silver hardware, got served by Martin!! So patient and down to earth, helped me out with the other items i was looking for, will ALWAYS look for martin when i'm here! amazing service by dior, no long queues outside!
