I have been a Dior client for a few years now and have been all over the world to their boutiques. I must say, this is the worst one. Terrible service, rude and disrespectful staff. They are very snobby and probably think they own Dior? I’ve had an extremely unpleasant experience with “Mr” Karim Yacine who deliberately degraded my friend with his comments after I purchased a pair of shoes. I would not recommend this store to anyone who is a fan of Dior and has had great service anywhere else.

Knew which bag I wanted but just couldn’t decide on the colour. Service felt impersonal and rushed. Would not recommend this store if you are looking for great customer service!
Great service, and much more attentive than the flagship store on 30 Rue Montaigne. The concept store vibe is a little more down to earth, less stuffy as well which helps make the buying experience more pleasant for me. It might be nice though if they offered drinks or snacks as the other stores do. Thanks to Grigor and the Asian fellow with the glasses (sorry, forgot your name) for a great experience buying my first Lady Dior!!
