Great find for good ramen. Located on a lovely street corner, here you can order to go, or head through a narrow passage to seating in the back room. Decor is simple but the space serves it's purpose. The menu is a bit unnecessarily complicated, in my view, plus offers individual meal options that are far too much for one person to eat, but that said, there are smaller choices. The food is delicious, served hot and fresh. Perfectly reasonable prices. Staff are amiable and customer-oriented, which can a rather rare find in France ;) as the culture doesn't always tend to that, so foreigners add that aspect.

Delicious, big and hot ramen! You have a lot of choices, you can add also whatever you want or ask for a spicy stock. Didn’t like so much that the noodles had a so strong egg taste, but otherwise it was perfect. They give bibs if you’re asking for to prevent spots on your clothes while eating! I recommend to come early or not to come at all, we were waiting in the cold for an hour, and it was unbearable to see customers who finished their meals for more than 30 minutes and the service not telling them to leave or anything.

Gyoza was great! Beef bowl was okay. And Ramen was acceptable though noodles were too soft.

Classical parisian / japanese canteen to enjoy some good ramens ! They also have some one vegan (with or without an egg) yoj can also try the chicken gyozas .. super far and the small size are already big enough if you are not super hungry ! Obviously there are other options on Rue Sainte anne (Higuma or Kintaro) but Dosanko is the most intimate and more \japan\ style !

Dosanko serves the best ramen and gyoza in Paris. Been there twice and there was a long queue every time. I saw how they made the broth from the window which was amazing. Check out their opening hours as I saw lots of people coming in at around 1500 and they got turned away.

Cute little ramen noodle shop. There was a line when I got there but the wait was well worth it! Ordered the small bowl and it was still a lot to eat. Price was not over the top and beer was nice and cold. Chefs and staff were very friendly with everyone and broth was perfect. Highly recommend and will be back next year.

I think this place is good, although I didn't like the flavour of broth too much (was to sour for my taste). My wife had something else and she liked it.
