Spin central . Great spot to try if you are traveling and looking to squeeze in a workout. Efficient, no fuss, uber clean, amazing coaches (shout out to Julien/Nico) No need to bring your shoes (they lend special bike shoes that allow you to clip them to the pedals), malin goetz products at your disposal, a must! 45 minute classes, similar to soul cycle, enjoy :) the classes are taught in French
I walked into let's ride by complete chance and met the lovely Stephanie, founder of the place. I tried her class later that day and I recommend 200% this class and this place. Everyone is lovely, the staff is friendly, the architecture is very nice and all the details are thought off, from lights, the music to the towels, the cremes and shampoos. A real luxury of high intensity sport!
Excellent workout in a unique environment and exciting vibe. Totally recommend it, improves my endurance and shapes my body without noticing it every week. Physically challenging but not painful. And fun, fun, fun!
Really hard but fun work out! Closest thing I’ve found to Soulcycle in Europe.
