My favorite place for indoor cycling many courses available and the coaches are excellent

The studio is quite small as compared to the other locations, however the experience is still incredible. Teachers are inspiring and full of energy and positivity. Bikes are new, as they were changed a few months ago. A complete and intense indoor cycling experience that will get you hooked!
I tested dynamo cycling yesterday and I liked it. Very tough and demanding training. However I think that some of the applied training methods should be improved: - use more time in the saddle! Riding at 90 rpm out of the saddle is maybe funny but is certainly inefficient, feels odd and increases the chance if having cramps very early in the training. - better timing of the HIT intervals. The intervals are nicely synchronized with the music which is fun but a more rigorous approach would be to have a well defined timing of high intensity and active recovery. A Clock showing the seconds to go would be great. - the choreography of arm and body movements on the bike is funny but I don't really get the idea behind that - or I am just do dumb to do that at 90 rpm, out of the saddle on a spinning bike in the dark. - it is very very dark in the room. I dropped my bottle and had a hard time finding it on the floor and getting back into the click pedals in the dark. Why not turning on the light a little bit, at least in the recovery intervals. Still good training though - for people seeking a controlled increase of the FTP, there might be better classes in other studios nearby.
Never ever back again ! I reserve one place and i read the condition that there will be one place for available! They have 22 places empty in the opera studio but they did not give me one place , I took one hour to go there I m really angry
I can't speak for all of the studios and all of the instructors, but my class with Cynthia Hayek was incredible! I was visiting Paris on a trip from the States and wanted to check out a class. I do not speak French but figured as long as I could hear the beat of the music and watch everyone else, I would be ok. Cynthia was incredible and had such a fun playlist! She was accommodating to some of us who were only English speaking, without overdoing it or taking away from the class for everyone else. You could tell she really enjoys what she does and her energy was contagious. If you can only take one or two classes while you are in town, take one of Cynthia's!!
Rude welcome. Once I arrived a minute late because all roads leading to the place were blocked and they wouldn’t let me in, along with a bunch of other people. Stiff and silly. This has never happened to me at Soulcycle or anywhere. People accommodate when circumstances require that rather than turn away loyal customers.
If you like soulcycle , this feels right at home . Staff speaks English, best class was with Cleotilde and Elsa !
I love this place. Everyone is upbeat and friendly. It's very clean. Fun atmosphere and Cynthia is my favorite coach!
