Never fly with them - trust me. They lie, try to do tricks to steal money from you and the service is the worse I've ever got in my life - slow and painful. I also heard stories of people complaining about the safety of their flights.

A shame for the airline : if we don't have problem to recommend @Ethiopian Airlines to our film crews, it's not possible to recommend Paris desk, which is a VERY POOR representation of the company... Never answers the phone, pretend they will call you but they just don't... Wrong informations on luggage allowance for CLOUD 9 passengers... which caused us serious troubles on the check-in at the airport. Seriously need to be improved or to change team in charge... Once more Africa can suffer from bad reputation with this type of attitude and unprofessional behavior...

Vous aurai mis zéro étoile si c'était techniquement possible. Vous êtes totalement nulle et d'une incompétence hors paire. Faire poiroter des gens à l'aéroport parce que vous ne savez pas lire. Aucune compétence. Fuyez cette compagnie sans réfléchir.
Pas facile d'arriver au guichet, personnel sympa, ils gèrent plusieurs compagnies.
Catastrophique, inqualifiable ,la pire compagnie que je n'ai jamais rencontré, évitez d'avoir un souci avec cette compagnie, le risque de perdre son argent est à 99%. Depuis Mai 2020, je réclame mon billet Covid19, jusqu'à présent rien. J'ai tout, impossible personne ne répond, avez-vous de solutions à proposer , car je n'avais pas voyagé ils devaient me rembourser mais zéro cette compagnie.
