The Paris Film Academy is a non-profit organization for professional actors, directors, and playwrights founded in 2012 in Paris by Deliana Gergana Quievy. PFA was formed to provide a place where professional actors could work together between jobs or during long runs to continue to develop their craft and to experiment with new forms in creative theatre work. The Academy's primary goal is to help develop the international community of actors and filmmakers in Paris and Hollywood, and to encourage the collaboration and exchange between these two leading cities of the cinema and television. Our mission is to introduce Hollywood coaches and acting techniques to the acting community in Paris. The academy has organised international workshops and conferences in Paris, featuring coaches such as Michelle Danner, Mark Pellegrino, and Evan Handler. The association has also created opportunities for actors to be part of the Master Classes of Michelle Danner, Ivana Chubbuck and Larry Moss. In addition to our workshops, our studio in Central Paris hosts meet-ups and cocktails where professional actors have access to networking and audition opportunities. The PFA has produced international award-winning films such a Summer's around the Corner, I'am Veneralia, The Last Train, For the Love of, If a Bench could speak, The Star Maker. The Paris Film Academy also seeks to raise funds that will allow us to carry out our artistic projects, annual awards, and film productions in collaboration with our partners in the United States, France and Russia.
