Booked a 25min flight from paris to versailles for 2 persons 1 week infront of the flight through booking.com. Got the confirmation mail en withdrawel of 478 off my visa. Flight was at 15:30. We came at 14:00 because we were early. Coming at helipass Paris (the friendly) customer told us that the booking didnt came through... weird because I show you the corfirmation mail and everything looks legit. But he can’t help it. Today everything is fully booked and he offers us a flight the day after at 14:00 but unfortunately we already leave back home. So now we have to wait to get our money back. Worthless!! Not because of the money but because of the lost time here in Paris and the anticlimax of looking forward to a helikopter flight that is not going to happen.

So so place nothing to brag about the one we have in New York city it's by far much better. The wait was a bit long the people not as friendly so that kinda messed up the experience not sure if we will come back or go somewhere else. Other places to choose from from what I hear. Let seebhow those other place are. Will you posted.

I bought a helicopter flight in Paris to GO to versailles, I paid the amount of 487 EUR unfortunately our flight Was cancelled because of the bad weather. We couldnt rebook the flight because we left the city the day after. Since then they promised to make the refund on our credit card. There are several emails and contacts since november 2018 and until today (feb 2019) the refund was not made. this is a disregard and lack of interest of the company Helipass in solving the problem. the company only promises that it will be resolved and do not solve anything.

Nous sommes ravis de notre vol en hélicoptère au-dessus de Paris! Un accueil super!! La jeune femme qui s’est occupée de nous recevoir à été très gentille et très aimable. Le pilote très accueillant également. Très accessible! Bravo pour cette équipe!!!! Nous avions réservé pour la St Valentin....une coupe de champagne offerte, une très belle rose rouge en cadeau, et un certificat de baptême de l’air! Je recommande fortement Helipass si vous voulez vous envoyer en l’air ;-)
